Saturday February 26: All Boy's
Weigh Ins: 7:00am-8:30am
Lifting: Starts at 9am
Sunday February 27: All Girl's
Weigh Ins: 7:00am-8:30am
Lifting: Starts at 9am
Eligibility:
Open to all high school lifters from Nebraska
Uniforms:
One piece lifting suits (singlet) or T-shirt and shorts are allowed for all contestants!
Equipped Division: ALL equipment must conform to USAPL standards. Only single ply squat suits and bench shirts allowed. No Double ply or squat briefs.
Raw Division: No supportive suits/shirts, No knee wraps. Knee Sleeves and wrist wraps okay.
Rules: USA Powerlifting rules of competition will be followed.
Weight Classes:
Women: 97, 105, 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 198+
Men: 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275, 275+
Divisions: Equipped, Raw
Awards:
Powerlifting: 1st – 5th (in each weight class)
Best Lifter Awards.
Team Awards 1-3rd. Team Entry is FREE, but Teams must consist of at least 5 athletes from the same school.
